Unable to log in to the MCC Media Editor

If you are unable to log in to the MCC media editor, there could be multiple reasons. Please check the list below and contact your on-site administrator before contacting MCC for support.

Possible Reasons:

• Your account or license has expired
• An admin has restricted your account
• Incorrect password – see Reset Forgotten Password
• Your account has been deleted
