We have thoroughly enjoyed our new Audio, Visual, Camera system in our funeral home. It has helped us not only in our live services, but also in preserving the services to be viewed later by recording them for our families or even live-streaming them for friends and family unable to attend due to health or distance.
Occasionally, we have funeral personnel who are not as knowledgeable about sound mixing much less about camera angles and video switching and will do something to drastically change the set-up of our system that I cannot fix, especially with only an hour or so to spare before a service begins. The contact number is always good about getting someone to us right away. Usually the main man is Christopher Watkins. We speak often enough I have put his number in my phone and have often called him directly. Even when I am panicked, he is always cool and calm. Before I described the situation to Chris, he has remoted into our system and has spotted the problem and corrected it in a manner of moments.
Recently, I have called Chris with only minutes before walking a family into the funeral and I reached his voicemail as he was assisting someone else. I briefly described the problem then realized there was not enough time for him to call me back and explain the problem as I had a family to take care. After walking the family in, I made my way to the sound board/video switchers only to discover that, to save time, Chris remoted in to the system, saw the problem, corrected the problem, and it was ready to go for the beginning of the funeral. I wish every service department we deal with had a Christopher Watkins at the helm when we call. I feel very fortunate to have him as close as a telephone number - and obviously MCC Nashville feels fortunate to have him as a member of their team!

Justin Tidwell is outstanding! We have been fortunate to have him providing maintenance on our equipment here at Contract Management Services for a few years now. He always greets us with a smile and makes sure any issues are resolved before he leaves. His friendly attitude, hard work and dedication has made a lasting impression on our team!

MCC Nashville has been amazing to work with every single time we have needed them. Anytime I call, their friendly staff zeros in on exactly what service or item we need and gets us taken care of extremely quickly. We have never had to wait on getting a technician out. Jeff in particular has been out several times to our offices and always knows what to do. He swiftly fixes our issue and is very professional. Finally, their communication and follow up is wonderful from start to finish. I’m really thankful for MCC!

I called the service center and Ian Coetzee returned my call within 5 minutes to walk me through how to change my toner and also how to change my toner levels to show the percentage left. He and his boss were amazing, very professional and made it so easy. They Face timed me and went step by step!! Thank You so much!!!

I had a new printer installed at Northridge Apartments Office today. The MCC team; Clayton, Sage, and Tim were awesome. They had the new printer up and running in no time flat. They walked me and the staff on hand through the process of the new printer. The customer service is excellent, it is the best around. I can tell that they love what they do. All three (3) were smiling. It is great to deal with people of their caliber and their expertise.
