Four MCC Locations

I had some problems with the security cameras showing up on our PC. I contacted MCC Solutions help desk and received a call, fairly quickly, from Christopher Watson, AV and Security Specialist from Help Desk Solutions. He was courteous, caring, understanding and extremely helpful in getting our computer and cameras linked again successfully. He remoted in and made the effort seamless. I highly recommend him!

Eddie Hawke was very knowledgeable and came right in and solved the issue I was having with my machine. I really appreciate him!

Clif did a fantastic job for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis annual fundraising event! He was so easy to communicate with, helped reach out to band members so that we didn't have to be in the middle of all of the "technical stuff", was always happy and willing to lend a hand where needed. Our school has had a relationship with MCC Solutions for a couple of years now, their technical representatives are always knowledgeable, presents a professional demeanor, and is great about leaving us recommendations on how to get the most service out of our copiers. When called, we have never had to wait more than 48 hours for service. Kara Straub listened to us about the issue we were having with our unit, diagnosed the problem quickly, made repairs, cleaned, and proof-printed to verify the situation had been corrected. It is rare to have a service technician be so thorough and determined to make sure our issue was resolved. Thank you, Kara! You are amazing!!!
