MCC’s theme for 2013 was “Don’t Just Hope and Dream in 2013…Produce with Excellence” and every one of our hard working employees did just that!

MCC has been fortunate enough to service the Memphis and surrounding areas for over 42 years. In order to keep this well oiled machine running it takes talent. As you walk the halls of this large building that’s exactly what you will see. Every person here makes a difference.

Each close of the business year, co-chairmen Shane and Scot Berry like to say thank you. When these gentlemen show their thanks it means more than just two words. The day is met with a fabulously catered meal for the entire company with an awards banquet proceeding. Being a leader in the communications arena this is nothing less than a true production of lights, cameras and music.

Employees were recognized for meeting and exceeding goals with cash prizes as well as vacation packages. Also those that are the most dependable and here every day were recognized with bonuses.

As we look towards 2014 and what it holds, we are given this challenge from Shane Berry to Cross the Line to achieve Better Results and Opportunities. It is time to go the extra mile and reach for more. I know each person here would agree that it’s never better to stay idle but to focus, work hard and commit!
